The single most feared interview question has to be: "what are your personal negatives?"
No one likes to reveal their negatives.
So many job applicants have chosen to fall back on a very old and
corny response:
“I’m a workaholic”.
That’s a nice answer but it’s becoming a bit of a cliché. A better
answer might be “I get impatient when others don’t feel a sense of
urgency in achieving goals”. This will be music to most interviewers’
ears. Or you
might say "I'm too organized and find myself often disappointed by
co-workers lack of organization."
Any of these responses will work and keep you out of trouble.
