If your last job involved working in a team, when you refer to your work there you should always use the term “we” not “I”. This projects an image of you as a real “team player” full of team spirit. If the job you’re interviewing for also involves intensive teamwork, you’ll look a more natural match.
Remember, there is no "I" in TEAM.
